You will also have a more satisfied, confident and united workforce.

Delegates will receive a reflective log with assessments that will be completed post course, this will be over a three-month period. Each delegate will receive a two-hour coaching session and be given feedback on assessments.

Delegates will be tasked with completing a Belbin self-awareness online questionnaire prior to coming onto the course, which will require you to nominate 4-6 colleagues, including managers, direct reports and peers to complete an online questionnaire as well. The findings from your self-assessment and feedback will be the basis of your first module.
